Seriously how much for delivery?… $42 million dollars if it was a Nasa space shuttle. Nasa are planning on selling their old ’stock’ delivery / shipping and handling is $42 million dollars.

Todays news about the planned changes have left me thoughtful.
Last year motorists forked out over £1.6 billion in fines for one driving offence or another. Now the plans mean that if you are done for speeding twice, your licence will be forfeit for 6 months.
